Bought a whole jar of fancy tahini for one recipe and now it's just sitting there
I wanted to make hummus from scratch last month, so I grabbed a jar of that Ziyad brand tahini for like $9 at the store. Used maybe two tablespoons for the recipe and now the rest is just taking up space in my fridge door (it's been six weeks). Feels like such a waste for a single use item. Anyone have other cheap recipes that use up a bunch of tahini?

Make a killer salad dressing with it, I do that all the time. My own tahini jar is basically a condiment now, I feel you.

Totally been there with the fancy tahini! I use it as a sauce for roasted veggies or thin it out for a dip with lemon and garlic.
