Boxed mac and cheese with frozen broccoli became a weekly thing in my house

I used to spend like $12 on takeout twice a week until I swapped to a $1.50 box of mac with a $1 bag of frozen broccoli. After three months, I noticed my grocery bill dropped by about $40 a month without me feeling like I was missing out. Has anyone else found one cheap side dish that just sticks?
