I showed her how to split and freeze it in 1-pound portions right away, which actually cut her cost per meal. How many other people are wasting food because they don't freeze things fast enough?

Honestly I thought it was just a weird hack at first. But it actually makes the blades last way longer. Totally changed how I do things now.
