People keep buying the wrong kind of rice for cheap meals
I was at the grocery store yesterday and saw a guy grab one of those small boxes of instant rice for $3.50. A 5-pound bag of long grain white rice was right next to it for $4. That bag will last a single person for months. The instant stuff is just pre-cooked and dried, and you pay a huge premium for it. I've been making big batches of rice and beans for under $5 total for years. Does anyone else see this mistake a lot?
