Honestly thought I could book a direct train from Berlin to Krakow in under an hour, but figuring out the split-ticket trick to save 60 euros actually took me three entire evenings.
Ngl, I had to compare like five different regional train sites and time the bookings right to avoid the expensive international fare, so has anyone found a better site for European rail splits?

Three evenings for sixty bucks? That's a lot of your free time gone. At some point you have to ask if the hassle is even worth the savings. Just book the direct ticket and enjoy your trip instead of stressing over train websites.

Ever tried splitting the trip with a cheap overnight bus? Sometimes you can crash at a friend's place halfway and save way more than sixty bucks without wasting three nights.

Hold up, sixty bucks is real money for some people. That's groceries for a week, or a tank of gas. Not everyone can just throw that away for a bit more free time.
