The $37 meal prep I kept ignoring actually saves me $200 a month
Found it in a thread on r/mealprepsunday. Some guy broke down his grocery receipts vs eating out. I did the math on my own spending. Restaurant lunches 4 times a week was costing me $320 a month. My homemade prep is $120. That's $200 I was literally throwing away. Been doing it 3 months now. Anyone else shocked when they actually added up their numbers?

You literally throwing away $200 a month" really hit me. Started tracking my own food spending and realized I was burning $180 a month on coffee shop breakfasts alone.

My Keurig broke so now I just eat a granola bar in the car.
