Thought meal prepping every Sunday was a waste of my day, then I tracked what I actually spent on lunches
I added up my work lunches for one week in April and it came to $73, which is $292 a month just for sandwiches near my office in Denver. So I started cooking one big pot of chili or rice and beans on Sunday, and my food spending dropped to $180 that month. Anyone else keep a running total of a single category before deciding to change it?
