He flipped through my notebook at the January meetup and said straight up, 'this looks like you draw it for Instagram, not for your week.' I counted and I was spending about 40 minutes on layouts every Sunday that I never looked at again past Tuesday. So I cut it down to a plain grid with three boxes, to do, waiting, and done. Now I want real simple setups that survive a busy week, so what does yours look like on an average Monday?
