An older guy at the library told me his daily gratitude log kept him sane for 40 years, and that got me to actually try it
I heard him say it to a friend while I was flipping through a new notebook, and I started putting one line in my daily log before bed, and now 8 months later I can see exactly what little things kept me going through some rough jobs and it beats just tracking overdue tasks.

I read somewhere that gratitude logs actually rewire your brain over time, pretty neat.
