Bullet journaling on paper vs. going all digital, which one actually sticks for you?
I read a stat from a planner survey that said 62 percent of people who start a paper journal quit within 3 months, and it got me wondering if going digital is the real fix or just a different trap. Where do you all land on this, paper or app, and what made you pick one over the other?
Paper all the way. Something about writing it down by hand makes it stick for me. The quitting stat does not surprise me one bit though. Half the fun is buying the nice notebook, then the habit dies when real life gets busy. Apps are too easy to ignore, a notification pops up and I swipe it away without even thinking. A notebook just sits there on my desk staring at me.
