Finally figured out why my monthly spreads kept falling apart

I kept trying to cram everything onto two pages and wondering why it felt so messy. Turns out I was writing way too small and leaving no room for the actual daily logs. Has anyone else found that giving each week its own full spread makes the whole system click better?

Starting with a pencil instead of a pen changed everything for me - way easier to rearrange before committing.

Totally get what you mean. It takes that pressure off, you know? I used to freeze up with a pen in my hand because I felt like every mark had to be perfect. Switching to pencil let me actually get my thoughts down messy and fix them later. Such a small change but it makes a world of difference for how my brain works.
