Found a simple monthly review spread that fixed my chaos from last fall
After 3 months of messy weekly logs piling up, I tried a one page grid with daily checkboxes and a notes column for each month, and my September through November tracking finally makes sense, has anyone else landed on a review layout that actually sticks?

The one page grid with daily checkboxes is exactly what saved me too, I had the same pile of weekly logs going nowhere. I added a tiny "what broke" box at the bottom of each month so I can spot patterns instead of just checking things off. Now December feels way less like guessing and more like looking back at actual facts.
