I saw a bullet journal at a coffee shop in Portland that made me rethink my whole system.
The person had a single notebook with no index, no future log, and just rapid logged everything in order with simple bullets. I've always built complex monthly spreads, but seeing that simple, fast system in action last week made me wonder if I'm overcomplicating things. Do you think a super minimal approach can actually work for long term planning?

My old notes are basically a graveyard of forgotten ideas... guess that answers your question.
