I stopped rewriting my weekly spread every Sunday and just started numbering the days 1 through 7
Every Sunday I used to redraw the whole week, ruler out, boxes for each day, and it ate 40 minutes I did not have. Last month I got lazy and just wrote 1 through 7 down the left side of the page with small squares next to each number, then put the actual date tiny in the corner. It takes me 3 minutes now and my to dos still land on the right day. The weird part is I am actually using it more, maybe because the plain numbers do not feel like a chore to fill in. Has anyone else dropped the pretty day headers and just gone with numbers?
