My monthly log used to be a total mess until I switched to a two-page spread
For about a year, I just crammed everything onto one page, and by the third week I couldn't read my own notes. Last month, I finally tried using the left page for a calendar grid and the right page for my task list and notes. The difference was huge, I actually kept up with it for the full 31 days. Has anyone else found a specific layout that finally made their monthly planning stick?

Honestly thought the two-page thing was just extra work for no reason. My old method was a single page with scribbled arrows everywhere, tasks bleeding into appointments. Tried your layout last month and actually finished weekly reviews for once. The calendar grid stopped me from overbooking Tuesdays, and having a dedicated notes page meant my grocery list quit living next to my dentist reminder.

That calendar grid is a lifesaver for Tuesday overbooking.

Right, because clearly my chaotic single-page system with shopping lists crammed next to client calls was peak efficiency. A dedicated grocery column sounds fancy, but I'm still just trying to stop my Tuesday from looking like a dropped bag of Skittles. Maybe I'll give it a shot before I accidentally book myself for a root canal and a hair appointment at the same time again.
