Ruined 3 weeks of my habit tracker because I wrote in pen instead of pencil
So I was sitting at my desk last Tuesday night filling in my daily log for March, and I grabbed my fine liner out of habit instead of my pencil. I drew the whole weekly spread grid and then realized I misspelled my own shorthand for 'grocery run' and couldn't fix it without making a mess. I tried to cover it with a sticker but it looked worse, so I just taped a piece of paper over the whole box and redrew it. Now my March spread has this ugly taped square in the corner and it bugs me every time I open the notebook. Does anyone else keep a separate pencil pouch just for laying out grids or am I overthinking this?
Honestly I did the exact same thing last month and ended up ripping the page out entirely, which just made it worse cause now the notebook has a gap. I keep a little pencil case with just my layout pencils and a white eraser now and it has saved me so many times. The taped square thing is real though, you are not overthinking it at all.
