Shoutout to the person who said to track water intake in my bujo
Thought it was dumb. My friend in Austin said she did it for a month and her headaches stopped. I tried it last week. Just a simple column next to my daily log. Drank way more water than I thought. Anyone else track something simple that made a big difference?

My buddy in Phoenix started tracking his morning sunlight. Just a checkmark if he got outside before 10am. Said his sleep got way better in like four days. It's wild how the simplest data points are the ones we ignore.

My old roommate in Tucson swore by his sunrise alarm clock.

@derek_burns that checkmark thing is genius and so simple it's stupid. But the Tucson roommate situation makes me wonder if the dry heat has something to do with it too. I live in a humid area and sunrise alarms just feel like a regular lamp most mornings, no real "waking up" vibe. Maybe these gadgets work better in places where the sun actually feels different than the air around you, because when it's 90% humidity at 6am nothing feels crisp. Is there any data on climate affecting how well sunrise alarms even work?
