Took me 8 months to figure out why my weekly spread kept falling apart by Wednesday
I was making my Monday boxes too tall and cramming tasks I never do into them, so by midweek the whole page was a mess of arrows and cross-outs. Switched to one line per task and a tiny box for 'maybe' stuff, and my spread finally holds up past Thursday. Anyone else had a layout that looked fine on paper but fell apart in real life?

I did two lines per day for a year before switching to one, total game changer.
