Can we talk about the library corkboard on 5th that went from 60 flyers to 4 in one month?
Two weeks ago it was packed with guitar lessons, lost cats, and a fridge for sale. Now it's just a city notice and three church flyers, and the librarian said they cleared it for a paint job and never put the old ones back. Anyone know where all those folks moved their postings, or is the corkboard thing just dying?
A buddy of mine runs a small dog walking thing and he gave up on that board last year when his flyers kept getting tossed during cleanups. He moved everything to the coffee shop two blocks over and the laundromat on 5th, and he says he gets way more calls now. Corkboards still work, people just put them where someone actually bothers to keep them up.
