Changed my mind about those flyer tube display cases after seeing one at the laundromat

I always thought those plastic tube displays for posters were a waste of money, but the one at Suds & Duds on 3rd had a 1992 concert poster still looking perfect inside. Picked one up at Staples for $12 and my community board notices actually stay dry now. Anyone else find a cheap display solution that holds up to weather?

The clipboard trick works okay, but I found those magnetic sign holders at Home Depot for about $8 each. They have a clear plastic front that flips open so you can swap papers out without taking the whole thing off the wall. I put three of them on my garage door for my neighborhood watch notices and they survived a whole winter of rain and snow without the paper getting wet or torn. Just make sure you get the ones with the stronger magnets if you're putting them on a metal surface, the cheap ones will slide down after a few days.

Laminate a cheap clipboard from the dollar store, works great for outdoor notices.
