Found a flyer for a free compost workshop at the co-op last Tuesday
Went to it and the lady running it said you need a 3:1 ratio of browns to greens or your pile just rots instead of breaking down. Has anyone else followed that ratio and seen better results?

Three to one ratio is total overkill, I just toss everything in and it's fine.

Oh great, so you're one of those "vibes based" measurement people, huh? Guess I'll just chuck my baking soda in there and hope for the best next time.
