Hit exactly 17 notices about missing cats at the same coffee shop board

I counted them while waiting for my latte last Tuesday, and every single one was posted within the last three weeks. Pretty telling about the neighborhood's stray problem, right? Anyone else ever notice a pattern like that on a board near you?

I read that strays can multiply fast, like 2 cats become 20 in a year.

Got a colony near my old place. Two females turned into 14 cats in one summer. That's not even a full year. One litter can have four to six kittens. And they can get pregnant again like a month after giving birth. Best thing is to catch them early and get them fixed. Took us about 6 months to get all of them trapped and to the clinic.
