Pro tip: write your number on the pull tab too if you want your lost dog flyer to actually work
I pinned a lost dog flyer on the board outside the Key Food on 5th in Park Slope last Tuesday and watched a guy tear the whole bottom strip off in one rip, taking my number and five others with it. I stood there for a second and just started laughing because of course. So I went back that night with a roll of packing tape and taped six separate mini flyers around the edge where nobody can grab them all at once. Called the number on one of the taped ones three days later and got my dog back from a lady two blocks over. If you do the tear off strips, put your number in the middle of the strip too, not just the bottom.
