I don't think that timeline is exactly right. Usually those boards get cleared out pretty regularly by whoever runs the store, not left for three months with the same stuff. You're probably seeing two different batches that got put up and taken down at different speeds. The paid ones do tend to linger since people tack them up and then forget about them. The free skill-share ones probably got taken down faster because people actually used them or the weather got to them first.
