Stopped at the library's community board last week and saw 3 separate flyers for the same lost cat

I used to think those boards were just clutter, but seeing how determined that owner was really made me start reading every single post I pass now, has anyone else ever found something useful on one?

That flyer situation reminds me of the time I found a set of keys on a bus bench and spent a week trying to track down the owner through local Facebook groups. Ended up learning a lot about my neighbors' parking habits.

Wait... you actually went through all that trouble for a stranger's keys? That's wild. Most people would've just left them on the bench or tossed them in the trash. I found a wallet once with a hundred bucks in it and the owner's address was right on the license, so I drove it back to their house. The guy looked at me like I was crazy for bothering him about it.
