The corkboard at the laundromat on 5th had a flyer for free piano lessons

I called the number and it turned out to be a retired jazz guy who just wanted someone to play duets with, so now I go every Tuesday after my night shift and we butcher old standards until 3AM, has anyone else actually followed one of those handwritten card flyers?
