Built a whole $400 ramen setup over 6 weeks, then one bowl at my aunt's place in Fresno ruined it for me
I was convinced you needed a 12 hour tonkotsu broth and a $40 tare to make good ramen, then my aunt made me a bowl in 20 minutes using instant noodles and leftover rotisserie chicken. Am I the only one who overbuilt a whole cooking thing before realizing the simple version was fine?
