Can we talk about the blade I found still spinning in a used Hobart this April

Picked up a used Hobart slicer at a restaurant auction in Tulsa back in April, got it home, and found the blade was still spinning because the kill switch was rigged open with a zip tie, so I shut it down and now I open every used machine up before I plug anything in, and I want to know what rigged junk you guys have found in secondhand gear.
