Had a customer last week who wanted a half pig but no fat at all

This lady comes into the shop and asks for a whole half pig, but she says 'I don't want any fat on any of the cuts.' I tried explaining that some fat adds flavor and helps cooking, but she just shook her head. How do you guys handle customers who want things that don't really work with the meat?

That reminds me of the time a guy came into my uncle's shop wanting a turkey for Thanksgiving but said it had to be under 8 pounds and fully cooked. He got real quiet when I told him most small birds are young and don't have much meat on them anyway. We ended up selling him a capon instead and he just stared at it for five minutes before walking out. People have some wild ideas about what meat actually is.
