My 10,000th lamb shoulder on Tuesday made me stop and think

I never counted my cuts before, but last week I hit 10,000 lamb shoulders since I started tracking in 2018, and that number made me realize how much my knife skills have changed, so has anyone else ever hit a number that surprised them mid-order?
