Spent $80 on a new boning knife and it's like my hands learned a new language

I always used the same old flexible blade for everything, pork, beef, chicken, you name it. Got talked into a shorter, stiffer one from a supply rep about a month ago. The difference breaking down a shoulder is crazy, way more control around the joints and seams. I'm not fighting the blade to stay on track anymore. What's your go-to knife for breaking primals, and did it take you a while to get used to it?

Feel your pain, @the_tara, that's a tough job without the right tool.
