Honestly stellat87, the idea a knife fights you is a cop out. A bad tool usually just shows you your own bad habits. You probably got used to forcing a dull blade and blame the knife now.

Take a serrated bread knife from a dollar store. That thing WILL fight you no matter how good your technique is. What specific design flaws actually make a knife unusable?
