Was skeptical about using a band saw for breaking down primals, now I get it

For years I only used a breaking knife for everything. Thought band saws were just for bones and would waste too much meat. Last month I finally tried one on a whole ribeye primal at the shop. Set it to a 1/2 inch cut, dialed in the tension, and got 14 perfect steaks in under 4 minutes. Way less waste than I expected and saved my wrist from all that slicing. Now I'm wondering if I should switch my whole shop over for heavy stuff. Anyone else made the jump from knife to band saw and regretted it or not?

Honestly jumped on a band saw six months ago and haven't looked back. It's like finding out you been doing dishes by hand when a dishwasher exists.
