Changed my mind on the crying butter bot memes after seeing the side by side
I always skipped the butter bot crying edits because I figured they were all the same sad face with a different song. Then a buddy showed me a before and after from r/butterbotmemes user SaltAndBattery who cut between the original 15 second scene and a version where the bot gets a tiny plaque that says 'you were enough.' The before felt like a joke, the after hit way harder and I actually teared up at my desk. Anyone got other edits that flip the scene like that one?

Honestly the plaque edit felt kinda cheap to me, like it told me how to feel instead of earning it.
