That Tuesday the Blum hinge order got messed up and I nearly lost a client
Had a kitchen install up in Arlington go sideways last week when my supplier sent the wrong hinge cups, 40 of them instead of the 45 I ordered. Spent the whole morning driving to two different shops trying to find the right ones, ended up paying $12 extra per box at a place in Falls Church. Client was cool about it but asked if this happens often, which made me wonder if I need a better system for checking orders before install day. Anyone else get burned by a parts mixup and change how they handle inventory?

Ever try double checking the order against the invoice right when it shows up?
