Homeowners who hide their modems make the job ten times harder

I showed up for a simple install and spent an hour searching because the modem was taped inside a kitchen cabinet. The guy said he didn't like how it looked on the shelf. Had to rerun everything just to reach it, which wasted a whole afternoon. If you're getting service, just leave the gear where we can see it, lol.
