PSA: The amount of old cable we dump is killing our rep for no good reason

I see crews every day pulling out perfectly good copper wire and just trashing it with the rest of the job waste. We could be scrapping that metal for cash and helping the planet, but everyone acts like it's too much hassle. When did we decide our time was worth more than not filling up a landfill?

Your cable crews ditching copper is just like folks trashing old electronics or stores tossing unsold food. We're stuck in a loop where dumping stuff seems easier than making a little effort. That mindset fills landfills and burns money for no good reason.
