Shoutout to the homeowner who asked if their coax could 'catch the wifi better'

I spent 20 minutes explaining the difference between RF and Wi-Fi to her, but then she told me her router was sitting inside a cast iron pot for 3 years, so I guess that explains a lot, has anyone else met a client who thought cables worked like antennas for everything?
