Wait so you're saying letting new techs work on real clients right away is better?? That sounds terrifying honestly. I can't imagine handing a brand new person a paying client and just hoping for the best. How do they not mess up someone's hair or whatever they're working on? Feels like junk bodies exist for a reason, you know, so people can screw up without anyone crying about it. Genuinely confused how this doesn't blow up in your face.
