My cheap jewelers screwdriver set beat the $60 precision kit on a Nikon FE rewind knob
I used to grab the nice kit first for everything, but last week the rewind knob on a customer's Nikon FE was stuck and the fat handle on that $60 set couldn't get in the gap. The $9 set from the hardware place on Mission St fit in tight and the blade didn't slip once, while the fancy one cammed out and nicked the chrome. I still reach for the good kit on body screws, but those little cheap ones live in my pocket now. Anybody got a brand of thin blades that don't twist off after a few jobs?
