That $90 lens spanner ended up being the worst buy of my career
Picked up a cheap spanner off eBay back in 2019 to open up a stuck shutter assembly on a Minolta SR-T 101... the tips bent on the third screw, scratched the retaining ring, and I had to order a real one for $45 more from a shop in Chicago. The cheap tool burned me hard, but at least it taught me to spend once on decent gear for this trade. Anyone else got a budget tool that cost them more in the long run than it was worth?
