Vent: my ultrasonic cleaner ate a shutter blade after I skipped the basket
I ran a leaf shutter through the tank without the mesh basket last Tuesday and the blade came out warped like a potato chip, so now I'm wondering if anyone else has had this happen or if I just got a bad batch of solution from the shop on Elm Street.

Wait, you ran it without the basket and the blade came out bent like a chip? That's wild. I've done that once with a cheap lens and it just rattled around, nothing warped. Maybe your solution's too hot or the tank's doing something weird with the frequency. Either way, I'd check the machine's calibration before blaming the shop.
