Rant: my 3-season tent turned into a sauna after 2 years of use

Tbh I bought this Sierra Designs tent back in 2021 and it was great for the first couple of trips. But last month up near Lake Tahoe, I woke up dripping sweat at 6am inside it. The inner mesh seems saggy now and the fly sits closer to the body, so airflow basically died. I figure the poles lost some tension or the fabric stretched out, but either way it's not the same tent. Has anyone else had a tent degrade like this after just 2 years of regular weekend trips? I'm wondering if I should just replace the poles or bite the bullet on a new one.
