Had a chat with an angel investor in Vancouver last week that totally flipped my thinking

I was pitching my SaaS for local restaurants and she stopped me to ask how much I actually talked to owners. She said most founders spend months perfecting code but never sit down with 10 real customers first. Now I'm wondering if I should ditch my dev roadmap and just do 50 customer calls before writing another line of code?

That's exactly what I did with my first startup and it saved me months of wasted work.

Yeah, "nice code" doesn't pay the bills like talking to actual humans does.
