Hit 100 users in my first month and thought I'd cracked it - then the real work started

Launched my Vancouver-based project management tool for small contractors thinking 100 users would be validation enough. Turns out handling support tickets and feature requests from 100 different people is way harder than getting those first signups. Anyone else hit a milestone that felt huge until the reality set in?

A buddy of mine runs a small landscaping business and hit 50 clients in his first summer. He said the real kicker was when he had to start returning phone calls and actually showing up on time.

Huh, never really thought about it that way but he makes a solid point.
