Just realized foreign founders can get startup visas way easier than I thought
Met a guy from Brazil at a Toronto coworking space last month who got his Canadian startup visa approved in just 6 months. He said the key was having a designated angel investor group back him, not just a business plan. Has anyone here gone through that process themselves?

Kinda depends on who you know though. That angel investor group piece is pretty specific, six months is fast but most people I've talked to say the whole thing takes way longer than that. You looked into the rejection rates for these visas lately?
