Question about that 'just launch fast' advice everyone gives
My mentor in Vancouver told me to stop perfecting and just launch my SaaS within 2 weeks even if it was buggy. I did it, got 12 signups, but then spent the next 6 weeks fixing crashes and losing 8 of those users. Has anyone else found that rushing a launch backfired more than it helped?

Jumped too fast and learned that "just launch" advice is missing the part about having a stable core first... fixing stuff on the fly cost me way more trust than waiting an extra week would have.
