Read a thread about a Halifax founder who scheduled his own investor updates as calendar invites to himself, treating them like real meetings. I started doing the same last month, spending 30 minutes every Friday writing a 5 bullet update to my future self, and it forced me to actually track metrics like MRR and churn weekly. Anyone else use self-directed check-ins to stay accountable when it's just you and a co-founder?

Weirdly enough I do this with my dog, he gets the same 9am Monday update.
