The obsession with 'Lean Startup' methodology is killing too many good hardware ideas in Canada.
Watched a guy at a Vancouver pitch night last month get told to 'build an MVP' for a physical product that literally needed tooling and a 10k minimum order, and the whole room nodded like that made any sense how does that even work when your prototype costs $500 a unit?
