Turned down a $60k salary in Toronto to join a 4 person startup in Kitchener and I still can't tell if I won
Two offers on the same day back in March, one safe job downtown, one tiny startup with 8 months of runway and a promise of equity. I took the startup and now I'm doing everything from sales calls to wiping down the office fridge, but we just closed our first paying customer. Anyone else here jump ship from a big company and did it actually pay off, or did you end up going back?
